high turn over rate, lack of manpower, you haven't learn how to crawl, they expect you to fly kind of culture, training is not substantial enough to really help you with your work, very fast paced that you will burn out, don't even have time to properly rest as you are physically and mentally drained every single day, very low pay and commission is way too low with very high target to hit, the amount of job responsibilities versus the pay grade and benefits are not justifiable, it feels like you are working 2-3 people's work for peanut salary that can't even survive in Singapore context Feels like imposter syndrome when you are being trained minimally yet have to teach others how to bake and cook when you yourself may not fully understand and practice enough to really teach others when people are paying high premium for the course, bombard with many informations and expect you to remember everything, feels like cannot make any single mistake, long standing hours and long working hours with very little compensation plus high expectation, in all honesty, this job will drain you physically, mentally and emotionally that you will feel numb, empty and depressed eventually and ask yourself why are you even here?
