We didn't have to work overtime or prepare lessons in our own time. They were very accomandating when I had to take time off to care for a family member.

- gives you experience if you've just qualified.

Cons

- staff like to gossip - management likes to think everyone is a family but could not be further from the truth. - parents come first not their children and certainly not you as an employee. - it's a business.
