Zero Work Ethics: The work culture is toxic. Favoritism, office politics, and unprofessional behavior are rampant. Employees are treated like machines rather than human beings. Zero Employee Benefits: No proper leave policy, no appreciation for hard work, and no basic benefits like overtime pay or mental health support.
