Early start and early finish. Simple but repetitive work.

Cons

Working hours based on current demand for meat produce, meaning on some days you will have to do overtime, sometimes 10-11 working days. Short breaks.

Cons

I have seen people that do not have the same level to progress with the company will be left behind and no effort will be put into them. If people don’t ask they won’t get.
