1. Good coworkers 2. Good work environment 3. Flexi-hours and weekends off

Cons

1. No salary hikes 2. No job security anymore, as layoffs happen based on whims of the upper management and the people they favour 3. Upper management has no vision. Makes decisions without consulting key players, and without any kind of market research 4. With the upper management in a mess, favouritism and politics are rampant 5. No growth opportunities
