Not a con as such but in smaller companies, there aren't as many opportunities for career growth however they are open for discussions and try their best where possible.
Both of the directors can be ok, although only there to make themselves money. Everyone else employed by them is a slave and unimportant to them. They will just replace you if you don't do a lot of work for not a lot of money. They don't value employees at all.
Cons
Arrogant self employed advisors, poor pay for employed advisers and staff, female admin staff gossip and whisper a lot becasue their lives are boring and they like drama.
