Feels like middle school. - Incredibly minimal growth opportunities but a lot of mind games with empty promises and pushed meetings. - Long hours, always on call, and expect to come in on the weekends no matter what. - "Unlimited vacation" means don't take a single day off and how dare you even inquire. - Insanely high turnover rate. - Really... interesting... business practices.
