Poor management due to not having HR Most senior/managers are not trained to be managers Finance team refuse to move into the future, most processes are outdated The workplace is toxic with racism, sexism, ageism and so on constantly. Any suggestions will be ignored if those who oversee them do no like them, the whole place feels like a dictatorship

Management are new to the technical challenges and tend to push problems down to employees. Director level leadership is dictatorial rather than innovative. Unfortunately there's a sense of "old boys club" where life is good as a relationship manager or exec but is otherwise toxic. Sexism, lack of trust.
