      There is nothing good about this company. They are heading to bankruptcy

      Cons

      Management is unrealistic, disrespectful and do not care about residents or anyone’s well being.

      The residents will capture your heart as soon as you walk through the door.

      Cons

      The company does not realize how the employees are the heart of operations. They are more concerned in making a dollar.

      You rarely get any true recognition or appreciation

      Pros

      I really only have one thing to say and that's that there is job security. I really wish their was more I could say. Nothing else I can say except you get to help people

      Cons

      No real benefits, 1 week vacation no matter how long you've been there, have to fight for pay raises, you only get holiday pay if you work it. No 401(k). No sick leave I mean if you work in a medical field I think it should common sense to have personal days.
