      • You become family! • They see to everyone with wide open arms. • Amazing communication if you choose to listen. • The love they have for their guests. • Really Fair Pay, if you are good at your job and you truly deserve a raise they are most likely already one step ahead of you and see you deserve one. •If you have concerns they listen, and help come up with solutions. • They are so supportive and tell you continuously how thankful they are for their staff every single day. • I honestly couldn’t dream of a better work environment.

      Pros

      Patients are amazing and it’s a beautiful environment.

      Cons

      The management is terrible. Letting people go without reason or notice, they will micromanage and then place blame on others. They do care until you’re no longer on their good list.

      Home away from home. Love our guests & current Team! It's been challenging over the years to find the right Team members to support our guests, but we finally have an amazing Team who works hard & loves helping people feel better. The multiple services we offer. Hard to find this quality of care. Our guest success stories!

      Cons

      Any business has it's challenges, but it's the people who communicate well & work together for a common purpose that will overcome certain obstacles. Training & trying to coach previous employees who were not being completely transparent with both peers & management can be challenging & difficult. It's so important to hire the right people from the start & focus on those that love what they do & love to develop themselves to be better.
