Pros

Supportive teammates and great discounts.

Cons

Management is led by young and unqualified people, 2 of them being directly family related to the CEO, hence not really partial, accepting aggressive and rude behaviours from some managers. Like many startups, they ask to fully be devoted to your job, with no reward or salary increases. Overall that’s not a place I’d recommend working for as sadly, behind the ethical and green marketing, the truth indoor is far from being such.

Toxic working environment

Pros

Whether you enter either as an intern or not, you get to learn a lot since you are assigned to a higher level of responsibility according to your experience, remote work may fit your life-work balance.

Cons

Poor and toxic management! They ask you to give all your efforts to the company without compensation or not even recognition. The roles arent well defined, you may do someone's job. Low salaries, poor benefits, and full-time stress periods during product campaigns. Don't work here, the CEO only thinks about making money without taking care of employees at all.

Not a place where one can grow

Pros

Remote work and flexible schedule

Cons

The majority of the managers are way too young to be in such positions. They don't know how to help their team grow, and they rather fire people than giving them an opportunity to become better. There has been a lot of over-the-night firing, without any PIP programs or warnings, which has helped built a culture where people are scared for their jobs on a daily basis. The company says they're data-driven, but there is absolutely no clear strategy for anything that is being done. Very short-term vision projects by top management, which is by the way family-run, so nepotism at its finest, which explains why it's also impossible to grow. Lack of transparency, lack of room for feedback, projects that are being killed because there is no consistency or proper project management, many lost opportunities and no long-term vision.
