Pros

Fridge always has beer and there's a ping pong table.

Cons

I agree with the first review... There is too much micromanaging from the partners. They need to learn to treat employees like adults not like their children. The company is too disorganized; they talk about how they can improve but don't commit to implementing changes. Amend needs to practice what they promote with other companies and apply it to themselves. Partners worry more on whether there's enough beer in the fridge vs. the company's finances. There is a huge issue on management not knowing how to separate their personal and professional life, which can make for an uncomfortable environment. This company wants to brainwash it's employees, so, if you speak your mind or show you have your own beliefs, they will kick you to the side. Partners have big egos and little morals and values. It's safe to say that if you don't fit a certain demographic, you won't fit in with their so-called "culture".

Pros

- Diverse work experience at an early age - Real responsibility whenever you ask for it - Friendly team and unique performance review process - Transparent financials

Cons

- Lack of mentors for resources that are no longer entry level - Quality of work is subpar, and it feels like you are short-changing clients - Sales and delivery teams are poorly orchestrated. Sales will set expectations that are not possible and the clients are frequently disappointed - Comp is subpar - Culture is misleading, the message sent to candidates in the hiring process is very different than how leadership drives the busines. - Up or out culture, it feels like many of the senior project leaders and middle management leave after missing a promotion cycle or two
