You are surrounded by smart people who genuinely want to see you succeed and are always willing to lend a hand. Opportunities: Leadership recognises hard work and prefers to promote from within. If you show initiative and dedication, there is a very clear path for upward mobility. Growth: You will never feel stagnant here. The company constantly provides opportunities to stretch your skills, take on meaningful projects, and accelerate your development.

Cons

This is definitely not the place for anyone wanting to just clock in, chill out, and coast under the radar.
