Small Company so easy to work, but the management and company culture makes it unpleasant

-small team -get to do a broad variety of tasks -you can easily explore work being done in other departments -spacious office compared to the size of the team
Cons
-you are made to always work over hours but with no compensations -based in milton park so limited access via the public transport -no employee benefits what so ever -most of the staff is underpaid -people are made responsible for things they are not equipped to do -the higher management demeans most of its employees treating them poorly
