      Pros

      At least they have a pension when most companies don't.

      Cons

      Middle management is an old boys club. Great if you worked in the service. Like to talk down about the female staff. Turn over is 25%. Most people don't see this as a long time career.

      Good benefits, nice perks, good location, good Christmas parties, most of the people are decent to work with

      Cons

      Pay could be better, executive likes to override policies to please members, takes a long time for decisions to be made, takes forever to hire someone to fill an old position. Also, it’s come a long way but it’s still an old boys club even in 2018.
