I think the pros is just the colleagues there are friendly
Cons
Salary and cpf was super late, during my whole tenure, communication between them and the client is not well communicated - the clients don't even know what level of support I was providing. HR stuff is just pure messy and no structure. First day come in and literally everyone around me is leaving
