Pros
The mission of the organization is great. There is a lot of need and the goal is to address it. Work-life balance is decent.
Cons
Do not work here until there is entirely new leadership. The current set is shameful. There has been a crisis. They chose to respond by engaging in demonizing and a witch hunt and ignoring signs of great danger. The staff now live in fear. The leaders are so ego-driven, they only care about themselves. Many staff have resigned.
