I've been lucky enough to work in APP for many years with lots of talented people who are passionate about delivering great services to clients; making their projects more successful because of our efforts. It is a place with strong positive values that I like; a place where I enjoy working with the people around me; we help each other; we work hard and are rewarded. I like that we have a model that values diversity and does its very best to empower individuals to pursue their own areas of interest in our markets. We don't believe we know it all and we do know that we can be always be better.

Cons

We work in the property and infrastructure industries where our services are often related to projects. These projects are sometimes large, complex and/or challenging, and their success is always critically important to our clients. While this work can be incredibly rewarding, the nature of the industry and its projects does create significant pressure on our people and that is always concerning. I recognize there is more yet to do to further improve our approach to mental as well as physical health and wellbeing and I am committed to that endeavour.
