We are very sorry to hear of your dissatisfied experience here at APPLE Consulting. As the leadership of APPLE Consulting, we take feedback we receive very seriously, whether good, constructive or otherwise.
It has been our practice to garner feedback from both our staff and clients on a regular basis, through reaching out informally and formally. At least once per year for the past 6 years we send out an anonymous formal all-staff survey, requesting feedback on their experience at APPLE. Never in our time in receiving and analyzing this feedback have we received concerns similar to those you mentioned. This included informal feedback that our staff have offered at other times of the year. We understand that each person’s experience is unique and the fact that even one of our staff have left feeling this way makes us deeply apologetic.
We pride ourselves at APPLE at having a very good record of reviews and protocols in place to ensure our staff and clients are taken care of. An example of this is how we have supported our staff throughout the COVID Crisis. We continuously respond to feedback in a timely manner and make real changes based upon that feedback, as applicable.
We are sorry that you did not feel comfortable expressing your concerns and dissatisfaction directly to us, as we are sure we would have responded respectfully and done everything in our power to make any applicable change. As evidenced by our very low attrition rates for both clients and staff, we do stand behind our practices and believe we have demonstrated that we provide a welcoming, supportive, ethical and enriching environment for all.
