Pros
APSCo is a fantastic place to work. I've never experienced such dedication to providing the best possible service. Almost without exception the staff are professional, extremely hard-working, and passionate about the professional recruitment sector. The CEO is inspiring. Everyone has the opportunity to chip in new ideas.
Cons
Like any small business, there's just never enough time or resource for everything you want to achieve. Also like any small business, there are less opportunities for advancement, but dedication is always rewarded.
