      Too many customers, loads of work load, too much pressure in selling £1000 of new lines everyweek to all customer.

      The staff are great. Some there a long time. Canteen on site. Often food given to you after tastings. Parking on site. Hybrid working.

      Most people are stretched. Asked to do numerous jobs. Low pay. Very little change in culture even with new challenges
