      I normally would say it's the people you work with everyday, but even they can take so much before no one has a desire to come in any longer.

      Cons

      - Absolutely horrible salaries - not going to find new talent with that one. - Dress code is ridiculous. - Work hours exceed all limits based on salary.

      Your management example will be used in business textbooks for years to come. You'll be famous! Many examples of what not to do when running a company. Kind of like…. "How I drove a company into the ground".

      Cons

      All was stated said previously. All of us would have to assume this was done on purpose? How some good people were dumped and the rest were given so many reasons to leave.
