      Met some nice people whilst there

      Cons

      Awful manager No training or induction Clicky groups of people No break in afternoon Expected to meet targets even though there was insufficient orders Most staff spend most of time just standing around or cleaning for 9 hours when no orders. Health and safety non existent, accident waiting to happen.

      The quality of the clothing varies a LOT, sizing is inconsistent. So frequently fielding customer complaints Pay was average I was fired at the start of the pandemic instead of furloughed. I was in London on a student Visa so ineligible for any benefits. Couldn’t go back to NZ because the border closed. Couldn’t get another job because pandemic. I explained to them that I was eligible to be furloughed and explained that they are essentially leaving me for dead, but they couldn’t care less. Was asked to return when the lockdown ended - haha no

      Awesome, forward-thinking company ahead of the curve in many aspects of the business. Great, supportive team and you really feel like your opinion matters within the business.
