Relatively higher salary then the market. Good thing to sponsor the lunch box since such remote area.
Cons
No management system at all. No system for everything just whatever the manager likes. Manager lacks of skills for management skills and experiences. Always ignore the rules and laws. Over-manpower for some departments. Manager dont value staffs’ effort. Always need to OT as lack of systems and manpower. Have meaningless and endless meetings. Life threatening as always have chemical leaks or incidents.
