I regret to say that my time at Abaca has been nothing short of disappointing. As a former employee who held a Managerial role, I had high hopes for a fulfilling professional journey. Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by consistent negative practices that have left me disheartened. One of the most disconcerting aspects of Abaca is the unsettling trend of terminating employees every Friday. This creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and fear, undermining the sense of job security that is crucial for a healthy work environment. Please note that this review is based on my personal experiences and observations during my time at Abaca. Others' experiences may vary.

No date Salary. The owner says he will give you free hand to handle job but he will poke his nose every minute. They asked me to shift to Gurgaon to setup a new office and train staff, i was handling selling the product, Training the staff, Training the customer, Handling customer issues and everything else and that too day and night. Atlast when the time came to pay me they starting making excuses. Sunil Dhawan is a database Engineering and can never run a company.
