Very cool product, lots of people who are genuinely passionate about health care improvement
Cons
The social politics and pressures are very real. Much of the team is fantastic, driven, and hardworking, but there is a persistent group (unfortunately with a lot of influence) who make it difficult to get things done if you aren't buying into their exact ethos. Senior leadership is great, but middle management leaves quite a bit to be desired. There is a certain transparency lacking that keeps you guessing, and there are a lot of ego clashes and cliques that prevent meaningful work from getting done
