Expected to remain quite when you have questions or you are looked upon as making trouble ..when you are only giving input. Expected to take on increased responsibility continually , while being told you are doing it for your patients...when time is actually being taken away from patients with your increased non-patient responsibility's to please the building administration.

Lowest in mileage/ mile pay. More workload then worth. You spend your day seeing clients, your nights charting. No family life. Hired under false pretenses. Printed out the paperwork, management called me a liar even after finding their own mistake, then didn't even honor their own mistake. Had about 4 days of training and was expected to know what was going on. Ended up with the flu and under a doctor's excused care and was fired, after management again switched after 4 months of my being there.
