Pros

No weekends, schedule is Monday through Friday.

Cons

Don’t be fooled. This is a start up that does not offer fair compensation, benefits, or support. There is no REAL HR or opportunity to grow for Recruiters or Account managers. If you fall for this you’re probably the type to buy into a company like Herbalife.

We are saddened to learn that this former employee feels this way about our company. This former employee was only with our company for 30 days before resigning. In those 30 days, she did not put anyone into work. We are a staffing company and honestly we expect from our people that they perform. This is a sales position and sometimes when people are unable to meet the expectations and targets, this can be a little intimidating. During our interviewing process, we openly discuss the wage expectancy of our potential employees, and together with them, we make a clear goal path to reach their milestones. We invest a lot of time and money into training all of our employees in order for them to uphold the high standard we believe in, in accordance to our mission statement.

Pros

Company Car Gas Card Weekly Pay Bonus opportunities

Cons

With all the pros of this job, it’s hard for the company to mess it up. Sadly they do. When you’re on the interview ask how long the most tenured member of the staff has been there. The truth is everyone leaves before 90 days. The owners both the CEO and the CFO have unrealistic views of the positions. They also are super abrasive, if you can’t stand being yelled at don’t apply here. Once they get their expectations and emotions under control maybe they will have a successful business that people will want to help build. Currently it’s just a business that puts on appearances and doesn’t deliver to maintain staff.

When we lose people, as management, we always reflect back and look if we could have done something differently to keep this employee and/or to help them achieve their goals. According to this employee, the goals we set are not realistic. At least 90% of our people reach their monthly bonuses based on performance. 10% does not. Unfortunately this is the reality a company has to deal with when it comes to employees in sales positions.

Not worth it at all

Pros

Amazing interview. From the interview it seems like they really know how to run a business.

Cons

Worked there for a short amount of time before realizing that the company is not what they advertise it to be. I know someone who worked there still after I stopped working there and they confirmed that what they were doing was not right in our opinions. They talk about hiring the best people but from the time I've been there nobody was there for more than a year. From what I've heard and read it seems like they just want to look like they are some great company but when I spoke to previous employees they all agreed that they weren't treated fairly. They literally have less than 10 people working for them. I would think that with the company that's been open for 5 years there would be more than 10 employees. Also, in my experience the owners of the company were so rude. I won't even repeat things that they've said because it was so disrespectful in my opinion. Just do your research before you decide to accept an offer. If you do work there then realize its not working, just know it's not you. I also advise people to look at the negative reviews because trust me they are not fake.

This person was let go because of non-performance. Showing up late to work day after day, and you get let go. It's called running a business. We can only let our people win, if the company wins. If 1 individual decides to work against us and do whatever they please, indeed, for those people Absolute Jobs is not worth it at all. Because it will not last. It's simply a choice you make as a company. Either you work with the best in the industry or you settle. We chose the first option. In return, that makes that you can't make everyone happy. We know when things will not work out. We have processes and protocols for that. And when it does not work out, often it is hard to bring that news to the employee. This person must have confused our total staff with the people around her. Our average seniority is multiple years. Our total staff is not based on the years that we are in business but based on workload, growth, streamlined processes, automated software, revenue and profit. It's called economics 101. You don't have to have more than 10 people with 5 years in business to be successful and financially stable. We go above and beyond for our people. But not for the ones that come in and take advantage of everyone else. I understand that for this person, the concept of having a job is that you are committed and do your best, is not her concept, but it is for the majority of society. If you want to build a career and go above and beyond, Absolute Jobs is a gift from heaven. If you can make this job your own, you will excel, be mentored and coached to higher levels. If you don't want to put in the work, please apply elsewhere. It is a choice we have made as a company. Working with the best in the industry comes with the fact that there is no room for non-performance. It's a choice we stand by every day and it's very rewarding to see our people grow in their career. To see that their efforts pay off is why we do it every day. Seeing people work toward a goal, coaching them and ultimately when they reach it, gives us an incredible satisfaction. So why would we chance that to accommodate people who don't want to put the work in?
