Pros
They really cared about the patients' well being. Offered generous benefit packages and competitive wages. Company outings and holiday parties were always off the chain. Company culture was great (see cons).....
Cons
There were clear favorites at the office that got away with things other employees wouldn't get away with. Communication between managers and employees was lacking. Company culture was great as long as you agreed with the ideals (certain people from upper manager almost looked down on you if you didn't agree with their mindset). You had to know how to play the game.
