Pros

Salary is okay. The care model is a wonderful concept.

Cons

Management is never available. Company culture is unbelievably terrible. Staff bully each other and gossip. Favoritism is played between employees. If you want to work for a place that sets unrealistic expectations on their employees, this is the place to go. Unsupportive leadership will make you feel terrible about yourself. If you aren’t a provider, good luck getting any sort of recognition for any of the work or effort you put in. They value medical staff and treat anyone addressing sdoh barriers, (which is what they PREACH) terribly. If you value yourself, and your mental health… please don’t come to this company. You will lose every ounce of integrity and belief you had of yourself. No work/ life balance. Compensation doesn’t make up for the terrible environment that staff have to work in.

Pros

Having the weekends off and sometimes food given.

Cons

They claim to care for the sickest of the sickest. But what they really mean is they’ll take in drug addicts, prescribe them more drugs to keep them coming and give them gifts to do the same. They make money bringing in as many people as they can. They do not care about your true well being. They only care about how much money they can get from each patient. That’s why they will have them come in more than once a week. I could write a book on how horrible this place is.
