      Pros

      Talented engineers. Office has free parking.

      Cons

      Management ask engineers to work hard all year to meet targets and deadlines. People go above and beyond for the company. Company tells employees all year on track for bonus, week into January get told no bonus and also lots of redundancies. Company not paying anything more than statutory. Some engineers only started months ago and only get one week notice. Company asks for a lot but gives nothing back. Don't waste your time here.

      Pros

      It's a startup so plenty of foundational learning from scratch. Still have the ability to add new and interesting flows into the company. Great people to work with and a friendly environment.

      Cons

      Less flexibility for remote working. Management struggle to retain employees due to below market average salary let alone raise their salaries to at least come close to it.
