      There are no pros. Maybe other poor teachers.

      Cons

      Not open to ideas or feedback on how to improve workflows. Constant change of direction and influx of reports. Too much “paperwork” not enough time spent teaching.

      Teacher Mangers are Nice but powerless to upper management.

      Cons

      Upper leadership is a joke. Constantly changing broken old systems and not for the better. They Treat teachers terribly. So many useless reports and systems. Spend so much time on paperwork little time teaching.
