      There are great people around the company.

      Cons

      Job security and structure concerns. No advancement or growth opportunities on my current path. Priorities and focus change weekly. Confusing branding. Poor morale. Too many Internal obstacles that reduce efficiency and timelines.

      Large company owned by Thermo Fisher with opportunities for growth, fair compensation and benefits. Large focus on recruitment for those with patient recruitment interest & experience.

      Cons

      The recruitment side of the business took precedence over the study conduct. Sites were not given a voice. Screening of participants was messy. This may have changed in recent years.
