      Pros

      They tend to employ beginners which need some experience at the beginning of their career.

      Cons

      A lot of their projects are low impact and very much outsourced support and low dev- focused. You hit a plateau very fast but they try and sell that you have flexibility to change projects, without mentioning that most of them have the same problem.
