Pros

Coworkers on same team are nice but probably because we’re bonding over trauma, snacks in the office

Cons

They desperately need to improve their job training. The first three months after I was hired, I felt like I was not supported and the lack of training contributed to poor work output. When they hire you, the training is very minimal and I believe new employee's performances and product would improve greatly with structural support, such as the implementation of a long-term "training bootcamp". I also would have liked to shadow current staff for an extended period of time Micromanagers. Don’t care about your breaks, working late hours, work life balance doesn’t exist. No culture. The best they have are these stupid meditation emails that don’t even make sense because we have no time to take them. We want flexibility and work life balance.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us; your honesty is appreciated and helps us identify areas for improvement. At Accerta, we prioritize a positive work culture and open communication. To support new employees, a tenured contact centre team member coordinates the training and onboarding of new team members. Accerta’s training includes elements such as nesting (where a new team member follows an established member of the team), simulated activities, audits, and remedial training to help individuals excel in their roles. We value work-life balance. Optional overtime is compensated, and we offer flexible work arrangements. This includes hybrid work options and split schedules to accommodate team members’ needs. The well-being of our team members matters to us, and we provide resources to support their mental health and provide confidential assistance for them and their families. Accerta’s human resources team can help all team members better understand the options available to them. Our structured performance management schedule sets clear expectations for personal development and departmental goals. We encourage team members to share their goals with their supervisors and provide a general education allowance to support their professional development and personal growth. We genuinely value your feedback, and your concerns are not taken lightly. We are committed to making the necessary improvements to create a better experience for our team members. While we hope you shared your concerns as part of your exit interview when your employment with Accerta ended, we welcome you to contact the human resources team if you want to discuss these matters again. We remain committed to learning and creating a more positive and supportive work environment at Accerta.

Pros

Supportive coworkers who were willing to help and work together despite ongoing challenges.

Cons

Priorities changed frequently, making it difficult to stay focused or plan ahead. Leadership communication was often unclear, leaving employees to figure out expectations on their own. The lack of consistency and direction created a frustrating work environment and made employees feel unsupported.
