      Everything down to bare bones. Massive pressure to create and manage successful products with skeleton levels of resource and support. Lots of divisional infighting and egos. People stay because they have money invested.

      Share scheme - I doubt you will find a better return anywhere in the UK. Supportive colleagues and culture. Flexible working systems. Approachable senior management team. Excellent training & development

      Cons

      Watching the bottom line can mean resources are stretched at times. Can feel like we are continuously sprinting toward the next target. Sometimes you have to catch your breath. Some parts of the business could be paid a little more.
