Poor Business Performance, Investors outsource tasks to India

Pros

The culture and career growth were fair. Investors always right. Slowly outsource the business development and software development to other countries, to lower their cost which is smart but not so smart move.

Cons

Management can't say no to Investors. And Investors thought they know better than Finago employees who have been there for years.

Ok salary and benefits and nice HQ in espoo

Cons

Team leaders/middle management are not addressing issues. They are being sarcastic and even openly joking about serious problems and issues, making employees feel diminished and lowering morale. Few employees dare to speak up. One main reason is presumingly pressure from owners and top management i.e global private equity company KKR.
