Flexible working hours without micromanagement

Cons

Horrible financial management, owing vendors payments for months. Salary is late, some even dragged out for quite sometime and still haven't receive their pay. Very inefficient procurement system and horrible management. Trust the reviews here, the turnover rate is extremely high for a reason. No AWS, bonus and transportation to site covered by your own expenses.

No difference. They offer a basic salary and a 5.5 days week work

Cons

Project managers are so demanding and ridiculous and always expects personnels to work for free during off days just to meet project deadline- that well known project manager from JIDP- Jurong island Desellination plant
