      7th month and CNY celebration

      Cons

      Poor management- Family business, only favour own family members for benefits, bonuses and increment Micromanage at its worse in this company especially from upper management. No trust for employees. Expect employees to put in lots of effort but does not recognise them. To management: If you continue to be stubborn, you will continue to lose all your good employees and keep all the boot lickers who cannot produce results. Proven for the last 8 years

      Can decide how to take a lunch break in between 12 to 2 pm

      Cons

      Bosses are only nice to staff they are in favour based on the relationship level, most are family members or got close ties with the bosses, even cannot produce results.

      Pros

      • The open office environment is conducive to having open discussions with colleagues. • Bosses are really approachable and very supportive of staff • Things move quickly and efficiently unlike in larger MNCs where there’s a lot of red tape and layers upon layers of approval before anything can progress • Colleagues are nice

      Cons

      • As mentioned, pace is fast - thus can be a little challenging (though not impossible) to keep up. • As with most SMEs, often double-hating is common but taking it positively means that you have more exposure and learning opportunities.
