Data was a great team to work with

Collaborative teams, focus on doing things better and are happy to change the status quo, rather than sticking with the old. Massive focus on people - interview and subsequent onboarding experiences across all levels incredibly important and there's a huge effort to make sure people are connected despite geographical differences. Management are fast-paced but supportive and there's a real focus on bringing people with them. They do make the effort to flatten the structure where possible and will listen to what you have to say. Always looking to better themselves and although going through a period of quick growth, are making even more of an effort to keep everyone connected and informed.
