Pros

Great agents and people on the ground supporting clients from their multiple locations. Beautiful well appointed facilities and locations, good starting salary

Cons

Toxic cutthroat culture. Executive team has policy to up-charge clients for every little item, from an additional software tool to an upgraded monitor to ensure they have highest margins in industry. Business is about building partnerships with clients, exec team feels clients exist for them. No Marketing so sales people operate like independent agents resulting in extremely high turnover on sales team
