Pros
The staff is very kind and friendly! Taking days off only requires 2 days' notice, but more advanced notice is appreciated. Very flexible and understanding with your schedule, however, you may be highly encouraged to come in on one night each week.
Cons
Frequently called off work when other stations like printing and drilling stations were behind. Entry level is stacking papers or coiling books, which is fine however it requires standing for the entirety of the shift on concrete and sometimes without a mat on the floor. I frequently left in pain physically. The environment is loud and machinery is often moving around. You can socialize a little with co-workers at close-by stations, but the job is very mind-numbing. I would recommend headphones, listening to podcasts or audiobooks.
