A select few within the company are clear favorites while others are treated less than poorly. Loyalty is not rewarded, back stabbing and openly degrading comments are common from some in senior management positions which translates down to all groups. All at a very low salary level. I would recommend to stay away.

Managers should be accessible and willing to help. Some managers have a habit of talking down to others, or treating others like they are unintelligent or less than. If conflicts arise, management should address those conflicts openly and promptly instead of assuming that they will work themselves out. Another thing I strongly disliked about this company was the abundance of rampant backstabbing - people talking about others behind their backs, and openly degrading and even using profanities about other employees.
