The working being done at Acurable is making a real impact on people's lives. Being a small company means you can clearly see how the work you are performing is going to impact both the company and patients.
Cons
Because it is a small team, you will often find yourself doing work outside of the job description you were given however, it means that every day is different and you never stop learning.

This is a great company for innovation, scientific rigour and innovation. It is very flat and friendly, there is no politics. I love the fact that every day can different and the range of tasks varies greatly. I love the fact that everyone is expected to take initiative and think for yourself. There is definitely a culture of doing things well. No one will come and chew the work for you. There is a great atmosphere at work.
Cons
Small team and every one has to roll up their sleeves. If you expect to be a "super star" and fast track, then it's probably not the job for you.
