Under new management communication from management has been inconsistent, and staff concerns are not always given adequate consideration. At times there was a lack of empathy and understanding regarding employees’ personal circumstances, which affected morale and workplace culture. Workplace culture and staff morale declined following recent management changes. Communication became less consistent, and employees often felt their concerns were not adequately acknowledged or considered.
