Pros
Friendly people with a great desire to have an impact and change the industry they are working at. The technological challenges are very exciting and unique.
Cons
It's a startup and as such it has it's chaotic moments from time to time. The direction of the company can change overnight to adapt the unique opportunities in the space.

Pros
I'm a firm believer that when you leave a company, you should be more skillful and more confident than when you entered it. At least that should happen if the company was worth working for, and Adbrain definitely was! The team is smart, capable, and easy to get along. I enjoyed my time there and felt management took a real interest in my own development.
Cons
None I can think of. Any cons would most likely be found in any other start up.
