From the company’s values, it’s clear that there’s zero humanity there — they don’t see people, they see machines to achieve results. They force you to meet ridiculous goals at any cost. The CEO is the worst part — a rude person who crushes your self-esteem in every meeting. It’s micromanagement at 200%, with daily meetings to measure daily results.
