- Old office - Broken A/C. Everyone suffer from cold all year around - No company culture. Different departments blame each other in failures. - Rear team building on Friday nights in employees free time. - Management doesn't understand Software business at all. - If you are contractor then you'll be treated like second class citizen. - No clear roadmap. Priorities changing all the time. - Poor redundency practices. Management will force you to take annual leave and then give you redundency notice to avoid paying you extra money. - No future with current management.

1. unfair treatment of staff. 2. Full of nepotism. 3. Dirty politics. 4. Senior managers are there for just wasting time and companies money. 5. The senior managers are very vindictive towards staff if they are questioned . 6. Management is biased towards the useless good for nothing managers . 7. If someone complains to the management about the managers unfair treatment it goes against the person bringing in the grievance and ultimately might lead to job loss. 8. To survive in the company you need to be the managers pet or lose your job. 9. The company is sinking because of its unfair treatment to staff.
