- very good location - founder is awesome and friendly to all the employees regardless of role
Cons
- too many managers who cannot decide on the delivery priorities - hardware has so many rework and no innovation given their headcount is beyond minimum. - they do not understand the importance of QUALITY in the product - wasting a lot of money on unnecessary travels (privilege only given to managers and heads) - management is always keeping an eye on every individual and finding faults if you are not within his/their circle (micromanaging) - no respect on individual role, management tend to always intrude without following the process. - incompetent Head of departments - politics and favoritism is too high! - redundancy with no heart and consideration.
