unfortunately none, every other job would be better
Cons
Employees are sworn and cursed at, some are scared to come in the office, every person in the company dislikes the CEO and there is no motivation whatsoever. No structure or feedback talks. The best days were when the CEO didn't come in the office because he got too drunk the night before. Very unprofessional work environment. No home office, since the CEO openly doesn't trust staff working at home.
