      Pros

      Flexible schedule, you will be able to choose the days and time you want to work, you will be able to choose what patients is the best fit for you

      Cons

      No room to grow they don't hire internally so don't expect any promos. Don't pay overtime, shift differential or Holliday pay make you drive out to cases more than 20 miles from your home and if the family don't need you you get no pay for the day

      Pros

      I get along with staff well.

      Cons

      Able too work overtime when THEY need you too. When YOU want too work overtime yourself they don't want you working over 48 hours. If so then they tell you they'd have too change your pay rate. You have too work 2,000 hours before received PTO. PTO is only 40 hours total for the year. They wont let you cash out your PTO nor will your hours roll over too the next year. Either you use em or lose em. There's plenty more cons but I don't feel like listing them all. Lol

      Patients and families. Being able to make a difference in patients and families lives

      Cons

      Pay, work load, no one seems to know policies and procedures, make you sign a non-compete agreement so you can never leave, no 401k and expensive insurance. Huge staff turnover
